Shipping & Delivery

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email Support@CarringtonLondon.co.uk so that we can assist you further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are in their original, unworn, and saleable condition.

Once returned and inspected, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping.
We are unable to refund or exchange any items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not returned in their original condition.


How to Request a Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
Please also include your proof of purchase.


Return Process

Please email Support@CarringtonLondon.co.uk and include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Supporting evidence (if necessary) (e.g. photos or videos)


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us right away with photographic or video evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we have inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment.
Please note: it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and returned with their original plastic packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure all returns are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • All return parcels should be shipped with a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Returns must be sent directly to our supplier in China.

  • Please ensure that all returns are pre-approved. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
