Returns Policy

If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email Support@CarringtonLondon.co.uk so that we can assist you further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original and saleable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
We are unable to refund or exchange any items that appear used, opened, or are not returned in their original condition.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Supporting evidence (photos or videos if necessary)

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately with a photo or video so that we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

Wish to exchange an item?
Simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Once your return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, we will inform you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.

  • All return parcels must be shipped via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

  • Returns must be sent directly to our overseas supplier in China.

  • Please ensure all returns are pre-approved; unauthorised returns may not be processed.
